Mobility student: how to report yourself?
This is your situation:
- You are an EU national.
- You are coming to Belgium for your mobility or exchange programme, e.g. an Erasmus exchange.
- You will stay in Belgium between 3 and 6 months.

What do you have to do?
You come to the City Office, by appointment. You immediately receive an ‘annex 3septies’ as residence document.

If you are not in Belgium, you can only make an appointment by phone.

What do you need to bring?
- National identity card or passport
- Proof of your mobility programme
You present both your admission letter and your proof of enrolment at the Belgian college or university. - 1 passport-size photo
- The photo is no more than 6 months old.
- Pay attention to the requirements (Dutch only).
- There is a photo booth in the city office.
Pay attention: take your photo before taking your appointment ticket at the dispenser.
Valid for how long?
An 'annex 3septies' is valid for no more than 6 months.

Extension is not possible.
