What can we help you with?

The Nomade is an open house for vulnerable newcomers.

• Discover
  Newcomers can ask all their questions about life in Leuven, for example about living, working, education and leisure. The social organizations that guide them in Leuven are together in one place and answer all their questions.
• Meet
  Various activities are organised in the reception centre, such as practising Dutch, learning to use smartphones and computers better, cultural excursions, playing sports and games together, etc.
• Unfold
  Newcomers can follow an activation trajectory that prepares them for training and employment.

  • 12 am to 6 pm: Information about living in Leuven - City of Leuven
  • 12 am to 6 pm: Information about education and work - City of Leuven and VDAB
  • 12 am to 6 pm: Information about Dutch Learning and integration - Agency for Integration & Civic Integration
  • 1.30 to 3.30 pm: Dutch practice sessions - City of Leuven
  • 2 to 5 pm: Leerwinkel: information about studying, a diploma or training - City of Leuven
• Every Wednesday
  • 12 am to 6 pm: Information about living in Leuven - City of Leuven
  • 3 to 6 pm: Questions about smartphones and laptops - Iedereen Digitaal
