Who may collect the residence card?

• 12 or older
  You collect the card yourself.
• Younger than 12
  One of these persons collects the card, the child does not need to be present:
  • Parent or foster parent
  • Legal representative, e.g. guardian
  • Person in charge of the foster home

• The PIN code which you received by post
• The documents listed on the receipt which you received during the application

Younger than 12

• If a foster parent or person in charge of the foster home collects the card: the ruling of placement.
