Route description

Your polling station is close to your official residence. The convocation letter will tell you when you can vote in which polling station.

Preferably come to the polling station on foot, by bicycle, or public transport.

• By bicycle
  Park your bicycle in a bicycle parking area, at a bicycle rack, bicycle stand, or designated bicycle parking space.
• By bus
  There is a bus stop near each polling station. Plan your route using the De Lijn route planner.
• By car
  You will find a few parking spaces at each polling station.
• With adapted transport
  Request adapted transport in advance.

Adapted transport

Do you find it difficult to move around due to disability, illness, or old age? Then you can apply for adapted transport (info in Dutch). The organisation will take you to the polling station and back home. Apply for your ride on time.

Accessibility

• There are parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• Each polling station is wheelchair accessible.
• Service dogs are allowed.
• There is at least one wheelchair-accessible voting booth.

Support during voting

• There is at least one voting computer with reading software, headphones, and handheld scanner. Let it be known on the spot that you want to use that voting computer. A staff member will help you further.
• You can ask for a magnifying glass from the presiding officer or the poll clerk at the polling station.
• A voter with a disability can ask a person of their choice for assistance in the polling booth, with the permission of the presiding officer.
