Free bus from De Lijn (park and ride)
Step 1: Park in a park-and-ride car park (paid)
Step 2: Order a free bus ticket
- Order a free bus ticket per person and per ride. One parking ticket is valid for up to 4 passengers (1 driver and 3 passengers).
- Only available in the app or on the website of De Lijn. You can not buy them in the bus.
Step 3: Get on the bus
- Go to a De Lijn bus stop, close to the parking.
- The buses follow the regular timetable of De Lijn.
- Show tickets to the driver when you board:
- Your parking ticket or parking subscription
- Your free bus ticket
Free electric shuttle bus at Parking Vaartkom
How does it work?
- Park at parking Vaartkom (paid).
- Take the free shuttle bus to the city centre and back. You do not need to show a parking ticket.
When does the bus run?
The shuttle runs every 15 minutes on:
- Friday between 9:00 and 18:00
- Saturday between 10:00 and 19:00
- Shopping Sunday: 22 March 2026 between 14:00 and 19:00
